Customer Service

We pride ourselves on excellent Customer Service. We may get things wrong occassionally, but if we do we promise to fix them as fast as we can! We are always contactable - an email to nikki@missfituk.com will always receive a reply within 24 hours at the most (usually more like 24 minutes as we have iPhones glued to our fingertips!) 

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched on the same working day, however in some circumstances we use a third party to dispatch your goods and this can take up to 7 working days to dispatch. UK delivery usually takes 1-2 working days, Europe 5-7 working days and US/Canada around 7-10 working days. Items with FREE DELIVERY may not be dispatched for 5 working days. If you need an item urgently, please contact us at nikki@missfituk.com and we can make a special effort to make sure your purchase arrives in time. Postage upgrades are available (we only charge you the cost price) please contact us for information.

Privacy & Security
The Big Bra Bar will never share your details with third parties other than for the purpose of shipping your order. We never buy or sell data, and we will only ever send you the occassional newsletter (we hate SPAM as much as you do!) Our internal files are always encrypted and our computers are only accessed by the Big Bra Bar processing team. 

Returns & Replacements
If you are not happy for ANY reason at all, you can return your purchase to us within 28 days for a refund - however you MUST notify us in writing within 14 days of placing your order. This does not affect your statutory rights, if the product is faulty or we have made a mistake then we will always exchange or refund you.

Please note that CLEARANCE items are exchange only and will NOT be refunded.

Outside of the 28 days you may have a credit note or an exchange, but it is at our discretion to offer a refund, and your refund may be at a lower sale price (if applicable). Returned items don't need to be in their original packaging, but they can't have been worn outdoors and the labels should be intact (basically they should be in a condition that we can re-sell them in!). If you have any queries, just drop us an email and we can clarify.

You do not need to pay to record the delivery, but please retain proof of posting until confirmation has been sent that we have received your return.

Ordering
Ordering online is easy, but if you do encounter any problems just drop us an email - like all things technological they do go wrong sometimes and if they do, we want to fix them quickly! 

To make it as easy as possible to get the size right, we have given you the option of 'Shop By Size' - this means you just select your bust size from the menu and we will tell you what we have available in that size! For clothing, we then use our wisdom to calculate what size we think would be best for you - don't worry, if we get it wrong we will swap/refund straight away! Alternatively, you can shop by 'Products' and then select the size you wish to purchase. 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Promotions can be withdrawn at any time - for example if we sell out of stock.
